Sara Yanney (she/they) is a Body Based Dance/Movement Therapist (MA, LPC, R-DMT), Alexander Technique teacher (AmSAT), dance/movement educator, choreographer, and performer (MFA, GL-CMA, CET) dedicated to sharing her passions for movement, artistic expression, the body, holistic wellness, emotional intelligence, empathy, community, equity, and social justice. At Cyclical Psychotherapy and Movement Collective, Sara offers in person or telehealth individual and group psychotherapy for ages 18 months-adults through Sondermind, virtual or in person, private or group lessons and workshops, based in the Alexander Technique and Laban Movement Analysis, and the Somatic Integration of Emotional Intelligence for educators and counselors. She choreographs and performs for the =ibrium Dance Project: For EVERYBody, and is available as a guest teacher or artist.

Sara offers virtual or in person, individual or group psychotherapy, dance/movement therapy, body-based movement therapy based in the Alexander Technique and Laban Movement Analysis, and modern/contemporary dance classes.

Somatic Integration of Emotional Intelligence

Co-directed by Sara Yanney and Nicole Perry, SIEI offers in person or virtual professional development workshops for educators and counselors.
